Clare C says: There was a problem so Yazmin could not take us, she did find an alternative driver though. Good ride.
Ryan W says: Once we started the ride everything was fine, but the start of the trip was a logistical nightmare. That morning Yazmin messaged us that she wouldn't be driving and that her brother would take her place. When he showed up, 20-5 minutes late, the car that was listed on the site (Expedition) was not the same size as the car that actually showed up (Explorer). Because of this two of the six passengers didn't fit, had to cancel their ride and take the bus. Luckily those passengers were gracious enough cancel on the spot otherwise it would have been a rough situation. Overall, it was bad communication and planning and because we didn't feel confident that the same thing would happen on the return trip we had to make other arrangements.
